Personal Style

Gifted with clarity of thought and articulation, Paige is an excellent communicator and presenter. She may have had personal experience of the view that worthwhile success comes only after suffering significant misfortune. She tends to enjoy the company of like-minded people and may be somewhat less interested in her opposite types, perceiving them as drab, rather predictable and conventional. She seeks the attainment of personal success and status, and in this constant striving she may almost unwittingly compare herself with others in the race for success. She is quick to spot opportunities and see how they can be turned to her advantage.

She may have great difficulty relating to people she sees as over-concerned with health, safety and comfort issues. She is motivated more by the big picture and goals than by regulations and procedures, and is content with established structures only if she can abandon them when they don't serve the intended purpose. She prefers to combine creative decision making with limited reflection. She assumes that everyone else should share her desire for advancement and may be disappointed when others appear to lack her strength of character. She can be quite inventive and somewhat ruthless when something or someone is obstructing her.

She tends to see the environment as welcoming, challenging and exhilarating, and if it is not, she tries to create that atmosphere. She works to see ideas and systems translated into realities. The opinions of others are not always important to her particularly if they conflict with her own opinions, to which she may become emotionally attached. Paige is logical and analytical, an ingenious thinker and long-range planner, and good at anything that requires rapid reasoning. As she lives by a rather strict set of rules she may expect others to do so as well.

She is seen as a powerful leader as she is able to think on her feet. To manage her tensions, she needs to be constantly in control and get things done without wasting time. Paige is independent by nature, but she is prepared to labour tirelessly for a team mission she commits to. Paige could be called one of life's natural go-getters, as she possesses enthusiasm, vision, objectivity and accountability. She will stick to her ideals with passionate conviction, even though she may find these difficult to talk about at times. Developing, fostering, improving and honing her skills is likely to be a life's work for her.

At her best, she is responsible, industrious, decisive and energetic. Her easy-going exterior may mask a rather more compulsive interior. When she allows feelings to go ignored or unexpressed, she can eventually overreact emotionally to difficult interpersonal challenges. She likes to have control of most situations and can speak out clearly and forcibly when she sees the need to do so. Dominance and independence characterise her behaviour.
